A few suggestions before you book an excursion or a course:
We recommend you book a time at the beginning of your vacation; if an activity is cancelled or postponed, you’ll have more time to participate in a later excursion.
For half-day activities, we suggest you to book at least one week in advance. For one or two full day and lessons, we suggest you to book about 14 days in advance.
We strongly suggest families choose morning excursions because the water is generally calmer then.
For people who want a bit more of a challenge, we suggest the afternoon excursions.
Cloudy or rainy weather is not necessarily unfavourable for sea kayaking. On the contrary, it can be a fantastic experience.
Once you’ve booked an excursion, please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Enjoy your excursion!
A 50% deposit by credit card is required upon booking.
Cancellation or modification policy
An administration fee of $ 5 apply for cancellations more than 7 days before the activity. There is, however, the ability to move your activity to another available date at no cost.
At less than 7 days before the event, you can upgrade for another tour. In case of cancellation, you will get charged 50% of your booking.
Less than 3 days before the event, no change is possible. You will be fully charged for a cancellation or a no show.
No refund will be made in case of rain.
Some trips can be canceled or postponed depending on the state of the sea. To that extent, you can be reimbursed or move your course to another available date, of course, free of charge.
Despite the sea state, we ask our customers to present on site because the conditions can change rapidly and are not representative from a village to another. Only the guide can judge whether the activity will be held. However, if the activity is found to be less safe or enjoyable, we will favor the postponement. The sea decides we only analyze it.
Exceptionally, when outputting the guide may decide to turn back. Depending on the duration of the activity, a refund may be made accordingly eg half the length of a planned output will enable you to get half the price.
