Booking

A few suggestions before you book an excursion or a training:

We recommend you book a spot at the beginning of your vacation; if an activity is cancelled or postponed, you’ll have more chance to be moved to an other tour.

For half-day activities, we suggest you to book at least one week in advance. For one or two full day and lessons, we suggest you to book about 14 days in advance.

We strongly suggest families to choose morning excursions because the sea conditions are usually milder.

For people who want a bit more of a challenge, we suggest the afternoon excursions.

Cloudy or rainy weather does not keep us in! As a matter of fact, it can be a fantastic experience.

Once you’ve booked an excursion, please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Enjoy your excursion!


Booking Policy

A 50% deposit by credit card is required upon booking.


Cancellation or modification policy

An administration fee of $ 5 apply for cancellations more than 7 days before the activity. There is, however, the possibility to move your activity to another available date at no cost.

At less than 7 days before the event, you can upgrade for another tour. In case of cancellation, you will get charged 50% of your booking.

Less than 3 days (72h) before the event, no change is possible. You will be fully charged for a cancellation or a no show.

No refund will be made in case of rain.

Some trips can be canceled or postponed depending on marine conditions. To that extent,  you can be moved to a futur trip according to your availabilities. If not, you will get fully refund.

Despite the marine forecast, we ask our customers to show up on site because the conditions may change rapidly and are not representative from a village to another. Only the guide can judge whether the activity will be held or not. However, if the activity is found to be less safe or enjoyable, we will foster a postponement. The sea decides, we only analyze it.

Exceptionally, when out on the sea, the guide may decide to turn back. Depending on the duration of the activity, a refund may be made accordingly (i.e.half the length of a planned trip will enable you to get half the price).

Due to the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and the health and safety measures, please take note that Avolo plein air is doing all the necessary to keep you, but also our team safe. Following the Public Health and the industry recommendations, we ensure you that we will offer you a pleasant activity with us.

If you have any questions, fears, or if you have symptoms, please contact us in advance so we can avoid any confusing situation. With this unprecendented situation, we remain flexible with our modification and cancellation policies.
